How is usage calculated?
Usage is calculated by the duration of your recordings. A 30-minute recording counts as 30 minutes toward your monthly allowance.
What happens when I reach my limit?
If you are actively recording and reach your limit, the recording stops automatically and your audio is saved. You can upgrade at any time to continue.
Does audio stay in the cloud?
Yes. All audio is stored in the cloud and accessible from any device. You can delete recordings at any time.
What audio formats can I upload?
You can upload MP3, M4A, WAV, WEBM, AAC, FLAC, OGG, AMR, and 3GP files. AMR and 3GP are what most phone call recorders produce, so those uploads work too. Video files are not supported.
Can I delete my recordings?
Yes. Open the menu on any recording row and choose Delete. Deletion is permanent and removes the audio, transcript, and notes.
Is this suitable for long recordings?
Yes. Recordings and uploads can each be up to 5 hours long. Beyond that, your only constraint is your monthly hour allowance.
